I think you’ve hit your own nail on the head. She’s treating it like it’s “Her company”, when it’s not, it’s a publicly listed company, of which her and her family control a considerable stake, employ their own family members and rent office space off themselves. Nevertheless you still have obligations to your shareholders. Playing the “Women have a different management style” card is just nonsense IMO.
