Yeah - thats why he just negotiated a 5 year term to a 20% pay rise plus Super and bonus structure - so he can resign.
Whilst I do not disagree with the sentiment - we are locked in for 5 years. Now we need to work out how (as holders) we can hold people to account and ask relevant questions of the management not just complain they need to go - there is more than 1 person on the board perhaps stop focussing on the head and ask what are other parts actually delivering there could be saving there for a start.
