Imunro, I'm not sure your interpretation of the judgement is correct. It reads, to me, that the $277,840 represents 24% of the value, $1,160,000 of the Iron Jack Project at commencement i.e they will now be paid 24% of profits from the Iron Jack Project since inception and to this date. This is further reinforced by CHM announcing that they were engaging forensic accountants to ascertain this amount. If it was just the original $277,840, they wouldn't be bothering!
