The takeover thought on ODD did cross my mind too GS.
MT suddenly departing for personal reasons, no real communication effort i.e. to settle the rumors, around 2 Quarters of cash left without initiating a CR when the SP was around 40c, boards previous desire to sell etc.
Just some thoughts...
