This new board will whittle down the cash balance further over the next 2 quarters and it will be placed into liquidation with no return to investors. How can a retired secruities analyst with no staff generate enough sales to keep this thing afloat.
The fat lady has indeed sung. It should have been wound up with 10M in the bank.
