I have just emailed IR in relation to that Foster Stockbroking article to seek some clarity on the comments. I would suggest if a study is being established to ensure CLIA waiver received, that this should be actively announced to the market. I understand commentary to the effect of " We have a clear path with the FDA to secure the CLIA waiver" has been announced numerous times, however making sure the market is clear on what that involves and somewhat of a timeframe is required?
How can the stockbroker page be aware of the time frame to this when retailers are not? I don't recall anything in any release to this effect unless someone can highlight?
I scan and review the medical study pages and haven't seen any release on the study which may be publicly available...
