That’s a good question! It’s difficult to see how it’s not third party discussions. IMU de -prioritised B CELL months ago with the intention to prioritise CF33/Azer-Cell.
Many posters have speculated that B-Cell is on the auction block. And remember LC’s comment in 2023 at a roadshow “Monil Shah is on the phone dawn till dusk”. This comment was in relation a question about Her-vax.
If indeed it is still a competitive technology, we could expect some sort of deal whether it’s an outright trade sale or a partnership/licence deal!
They now have plenty of data to show any interested parties. Any deal that involved a decent cheque pinned to it would certainly kick our shareprice along. Removing any Cap Raising concerns . And hopefully clearing the decks for a Nasdaq Listing as a straight CF33-Oncarlytics-Azer Cel play.
That is an off the shelf universal vaccine against all cancers ( solid or liquid) . By the 2H 2024 IMU will have the data in hand to know if this is the real deal.
