I understand these are declining assets, but they are worth more than zero. US$3.75M FCF last Q, ~2% decline rate. If natty were to bounce a bit, that could improve.
I don't think your interest income statement works. Reduce cash _and_ market cap by 0.008/share and the interest yield is the same.
The market is currently assigning a zero value to the producing assets. Zero. I, for one, do not think that is "about right".
