As I said it’s impossible to make a determination either way.
The co said they were fully funded for Mk2 side track so unless they lied there should not have been any left over liability.
All the service providers and Exalo would
a. Not commit to works without a financial guarantee
b. Would want the vast majority of payment upfront given where it is and who we are.
Based on that my opinion is a fair bit of long lead spending is in this quarterly.
We do know that the 7 inch casing was mobilised which would have been paid for and I imagine a substantial cost that has already been paid.
But again who knows??
