Attempting to take a bunch of HC users to court for reading between the lines, to, being taken to court for X,Y,Z outlined by ASIC.
Sincerely hope ASIC has teeth on this one. They have the ability to shape the future announcements of all small cap companies and it's disclosure obligations to retail investors & traders.
