what you don't say , but imply in that context is a complete unconditional surrender by Ukraine .....unreasonable when putin has only added 10% of Ukraine under his control in over 2 years
if putin wants to consolidate his gains he needs to stop with the conditions and talk ....... I repeat , if you are interested in negotiation to end the war ....talk to putin because at present he isn't !
and demilitarisation ...... not going to happen removal of an elected government - presumably to be replaced by putin puppets ...... not going to happen
