No, the 'evil' WHSP has covered any early repayment with a 'make whole' clause that basically means FULL interest needs to be paid. No relief, apparently. Really disgusting loan ain't it. And most of us might have thought the 'old school tie' brigade at the WHSP monolith would be loveable,caring shareholders but, bugger me, they have manged to show real 'care' for themself. Ok, maybe the circumstaces when the loan was made was either 'take it or go bust'. I don't know but they never ever indicated that the end was nigh....nor did the auditors. Anyway. 'rope a dope' succeeded with the BOD.
