So if it was that superficial surely it would have been easy for management to proactivley quell the negativity by explaining the whys of it? Instead the try to hide it in a quarterly. The market is doing what it does, retreat from risk and uncertainty.
The decline in SP is not over reactive shareholders fault, it is piss poor leadership by PAA managment.
