I suspect the idea that the PPSA getting signed will unlock a number of funding options is about as realistic as the strong North American interest they used to spruik. Best outcome now is a service provider taking stock as payment and letting us crack on with flow testing. Alternatively they find funding from Zim investors but realistically that will be at a discount to the current price.

They need to rip the bandaid off and get funding for their forward plan. If they had cash now they would be flow testing and running 3D not waiting for the PPSA to be signed.
