    I think you'll find it will be a negative outcome after being delisted, regardless. Seen it many times.

    It's somewhat ironic that the only chance holders had IMO was to vote out the board.

    Receiving cents on the dollar and being able to claim a tax loss is better than losing it all and waiting years to claim the loss. That's the harsh reality.
