I'm no legal expert but you can't just get out of a defamation action by saying "ok, you win", either their lawyers will come to a settlement or it will be left to the judge to decide on damages and costs in an uncontested case. I wonder how long till Brit follows suit, the pair of them deserve all that's coming

To be honest I had to look at the link to find out who he was.

If he cant afford a trial , i guess he wont be able to pay the defamation settlement either.
