MINRES want POS equity, top holding awaits.
POS can now seek the $140M its worth plus double the royalties and MINRES are in breach of contract and forfeit the $1M deposit too.
MINRES clearly pressuring POS for a larger deal, large equity stake & a JV instead imho
Looks to me like MINRES want to take more than LJ. WOW.
yet POS can now look for another interested party such as GMD or RIO and get $40M FED grant money instead like Glencore just did for MM.
MINRES made $1,000M MCap increase on its Li hub plan with LJ but now
POS SP should now go up $1,000M like MINRES MCap did right?!
MINRES didnt realise POS has spent $70M on LJ inc that $50M CR in 2015 at 18.0c and POS holds all the cards & knowledge.
MINRES got $1,400M cash at back to burn, lots of cash.
Dunce AFAF lost $1,200M cash on blackholes MCR & Noront but not MINRES.
Yep, MINRES OWES POS BIGTIME. You will all soon see.
