New DRC govt in place beginning May 9th (most of the corrupt ministers are rumoured to be gone). Felix currently in Paris meeting with President and other dignitaries who I’m sure love having their arbitration courts ignored and wouldn’t mention it……
The Americans were in Kinshasa last week discussing they’re withheld $B in IMF fees on account of their poor corruption standards who similarly would not like having their binding arbitration court ignored, I’m sure it was discussed…..
Avz shareholders still hold ownership of this entity which is still fighting with court cases just hearing up.
I do feel for shorters however with no way to close their short position unless they can maybe buy off market? I’m not selling mine for under $2 aud shoot me an email.
