One pod in a remote operation - wow all I can see is warranty issue if it isn't 100% capacity and uptime. With a set of pods at least you have more redundancy IMO. Not sure what the DOD is actually going to run at a airbase with such small capacity or for how long or if they are simply using it as a conditioning unit until a diesel genset takes over or .........?
If someone can work out what particular part of operations requires small power battery we could work out if it is common to every airbase or installation of if it is only required for a few around the world. Is it unreliable local supply, traffic control ?
I haven't read enough to know if there are more details out there.
