There are still unanswered questions s around the resignation of MT. My main question is why would MT resign possibly knowing (he must have contemplated this) the effect it would have on the share price and in the short term affecting the ability of the company to raise capital at a fair price. The current share price price values the company at $85m. IMO they would be crazy to raise capital at 20 cents or less, if they truly believe in the prospects of MPL If the share price does however linger around this level, why wouldn't they do a rights issue to existing shareholders, those who believe in the value of the company, at 20/25 cents to raise $10- $15m. If the ODD comes in then we all win and the extra funds required should come easily. If not, then at least there is $10/$15m in the can to part fund stage 2/3. The option is to wait for the ODD to come in. and if it doesn't then the risk is they raise at the lower price. I am sure they are weighing their options. From today's messaging, the prospects haven't changed and that is compelling to me. Everyone can be replaced, and once the market refocusses on what PAA actually has, we will be back fair value.
