From a practical angle. It sounds concerning that they don't actually even know where they are going to move the plant to, or even have staff. Which leads to the conclusion that the plant was a quick fire sale for cash to stay afloat. The costs of relocation, pre paid rents, bonds, staff training etc all have to occur more than likely before any tax Court case. How do you clear the yard of tonnes of feed stock and keep production going. Move machines and rebuild feed stock at the new yet to be decided premises. The move will burn through cash, disrupt production and sales. On a positive, they are still fighting ever inch of the way. It's very rare these days to see such determination after being knocked down over and over. And atleast the suspension is preventing the mums and dads from throwing away more cash.
