about to happen short term? nothing

due to a no reply as to what is about to happen, I will volunteer an answer. As in all capital raising,the share price lingers until its over,however this company has revenue coming in and the staff cut by 40% is all solid criteria, as they said recently,the company will be VASTLY different at the end of January. This can only be reflected in the s/p in February sometime.
