Matt was on of the reasons I got into BET when he first invested, I read his Bio re building/merging 11 or so businesses and then selling it to Scientific Games.

Interesting to note form the last 4C, that the Australian Market only makes up 25% of the business now, so BET is truly becoming a Global Provider to the Racing Industry (the Sportech acquisition really set the basis for this growth).

I believe that there is more to the story with regards to the RaceLab acquisition, SIS is a driving force of RaceLab products……to me the acquisition of RaceLab and integration into BET provides the catalyst for SIS to merge with BET.

Lots of partnerships to look forward to coming online soon….Caesars will be fantastic considering the 20+ sites to be added in the future.
