Wow, now that is sloppy. I took $4M in FCF, subtracted off the $1.75 insurance payout, and got $3.75M. Stupid is as stupid does.
I figured I'd better be careful this time, so here is my estimate. I'm just taking the last Q's run rate, subtracting the insurance and expected dividend, to get a very rough estimate of valuation. Obviously I'm ignoring declines, GOR, abandonment, price of money, commodity prices, etc.
My initial estimate was embarrassingly bad, but it still looks stupid cheap to me.
