Realistic timelines please...
You're not going to get that! Once you accept that 99.999% of MD's and CEO's regard retail as pains in the ass, then accept that they're inherently optimistic and their job description is to 'sell the company' ... to 'market the company' using whatever language and means necessary without stepping over the line then you'll be in a better position as an investor.
