A few too many people here have been gaslit into believing that an EIA approval is a company maker. It’s not, and that’s why the share price is now lower than when the company received it. There were precedents that I pointed out, but many holders here didn’t want to listen. Many companies don’t even bother announcing environmental approvals due to their insignificance; RIO didn’t bother.

The only things that will improve AGY’s trajectory are ramp up success, an offtake and securing strategic investment. Unfortunately the second two rely on the first one (as Canaccord pointed out), so without ramp up success, the company will continue to tread water.
