Isoft's problem isnt really about its products. Its more to do with its financials. And the dilution.
I dont know how long you've been invested in Isoft, but I invested in Isoft & IBA Health profitably over the past few years. Last time I held was late last yr.
Except for a very brief period, they have always managed to seriously under-perform the market.
Given their current predicament, people going long are betting on them beating the market. The problem is they just dont have the track record in over-performing & kicking serious & sustainable profitability goals. Whoever got in at the IPO has been under-water since day 1.
Maybe worth a punt but tread very carefully.
