Hawkduka what are you on about the judge IS there to make law and as time will tell your precious CHM gets much less than all your fellow dreamers expected. If judge ruled a constructive trust existed it would have been a much more radical decision and then we WOULD have seen an appeal. This is a loss for you guys. Market thinks so. Independent analysts think so. Only CHM holders and those close to the action trying to get clients out are saying otherwise.
An appeal to the high court you say? Who will pay for that? Also mr Grimaldi is your first problem go and chase him down and see what you can squeeze out of that dry stone. If i was holding CHM recently i would have dumped on open yesterday as much of the smart money did and perhaps Mr Sage has done with his 1.5c placement.
