I would daresay if the court finds in Linda's favour she will likely get financial backing from someone to enforce the judgements.
Again, it wouldnt be wise for Higgins and Sharaz to attempt to avoid meeting their obligations under the judgement.
Reynolds is within her rights to go after them, irrespective of the alleged occurrences, they targeted her as collateral political damage
