    Management is going to get rellected and receiving shares at the lows 1.1c

    What a great outcome instead of cash, you receive share at half price (if at capital raise price of 1.9c)

    After General meeting everyone is happy and share price run, pretty of the strategy here isn't it?

    Not happy but it is what it is, play the game.
