I think WES would only be interested in the Australian business and assets not the UK nor French businesses. RHC is doing a strategic review so i'd love to sell a sell off of the French Business and possible UK, U.K a better and more friendly environment than the French.
Private equity was interested in selling the real estate of the hospitals and lease back very similar to the COL and WOW businesses, build the new greenfield hospitals and sell and lease back. Better use of cashflow and they still have the growth on the table, thats what i'm hanging around for anyhow. WES or private equity will knock on the door sooner or later.
