If a broking house was spreading such a rumour one must question why. Perhaps they are ramping the stock and our friend is being the unwitting vehicle. Alternatively they see a fundamental value or cash flaw in the company and need a platform, and share price level, from which to unload.

Remember lads (and ladettes) that TPT has its own 9/11 coming up with a General Meeting called by a divided Board with various resolutions to remove Directors being put.

HC members need to be seriously questioning what is the reason for the division rather than speculation as to some far-fetched takeover by a super-major that would not know TPT existed. Has Ivan when acting as MD seriously compromised the company and its ability to operate?
