Im confused. He said first that there was a bidding process... but then he said that while talking to CNGR they bid for a stake but then decided to offer for the whole lot. William asked them to put an offer he can't refuse. And here we are...? Was none of the other parties invited to counter offer?
He said most of parties were Chinese.
I discount that he has exhausted all avenues and knocked all the doors before signing but...what happened to Lanshen...???
all recent similar size resource sold for US$200M.
last one Alpha US$180M
just after Lithium Chile got US$30M for 25% by Stellantis in Argentina.
US$50m was the price Allkem paid for 2.8Mtn tenement Maria Victoria.
gotion is exploring North of Solaroz. They tale this and have lithium to feed refinery. Could have exchanged some shares into refinery as payment. Millions ways to skin a cat.
With everything on the scale, there was 25% chances they will sell for less than US$100M. I was meaning just under, not $65M...
brokers reports were targeting $1.90. Including the chances of total asset sale down.
$1.50 looked very doable, prob $1.20.as bare minimum.
smiley William celebrating $0.86.(+$0.10) is a frog bit hard to digest.
