I agree Directors should be that in name and ability, the job by title, is to Direct. The whole point is to avoid being on a hamster wheel repeating the mistakes that have been made in the past or by others. That which they have learnt. They are not.
Put very simply, this board has failed in its paid obligation to direct effectively, therefore something needs to change. They are presently engaged in the act of killing a golden goose.
