It was fairly evident that this was a setup (allegedly): negotiate a facility with AC so the retail punters would think it would be drawn with cash so low (the reason why it has a long runway), hope Silver and Lead get up to push the share price higher and raise on the higher price.
Problem is, the market was awake to it because the Boy Cried Wolf a few many times.
They released the quarterly after close (never a good sign) and 'hinted' in there, they would do a CR.
