fair point but couldn’t the Chinese agree to offload the lithium assets to a Canadian company for a nominal fee if a takeover were to happen. I just think they would get the gold asset for less overall and most shareholders would be happier. A distribution of up to 85% by MTC is messy, there tends to long delays determining what proportion will be capital return and what proportion is unfranked dividend etc etc. I think most shareholders would prefer a clean takeover.
