The verse you have previously quoted, if the same one, is Not doctored like you have done here. That one simply tells you who it was rained from and from where he was when he rained it down = same one being spoken of 1 = ONE Yehowah. You also ignore (it would seem) that the old lingo doesn't flow like ours.
