Its not optimism, its the investment hypothesis. I don't see why else you'd even bother to be here if you didn't have at least some belief that they could get it developed.
HIO will make us rich when they do the very very difficult or they will do nothing... I personally believe that the resource is good enough to warrant it eventually getting developed despite the challenge of doing so, when and how and by who... who knows and who cares. A share in HIO is a ticket to a few tones of IO in the ground, if someone pulls it out you get your pay day.
