    The company has felt the temperature in the room by having the broker call shareholders to see if they are participating in the raise.

    probably didn’t get a warm fuzzy phone call - .

    ADO needed to come out with some news otherwise the capital raise would have been extremely embarrassing.

    Maybe they are reading no news doesn’t work-
