    Yep agreed.
    They did look at the possibility of dropping the drill rig in via chopper ...but very expensive I believe.
    As you have pointed out , the chemistry provides all the correct signals.
    I would love to be standing next to the rig watching each length of core emerge...a geologists fantasy I would think
