That’s a cop out excuse from a chairman who’s looking for someone to blame, so he’s turned on his shareholders. The reality is that they were going to lose the deposit no matter what.
It’s the African recipe for success; attract investment dollars, then just take it, then sell it to the Chinese to mine. I don’t ever see something like that happening for AGY, thankfully.
