Hello. Nothing much. To me it might be 25% of a 5mtpa operation sold to a refiner. This means they are just selling concentrates and some companies such as VMM may currently be uneconomic in terms of CAPEX payback if they just produce concentrates, which is why VMM is entertaining using IXR's novel tech to produce oxides (refer to VMM 3 April 2024 announcement). How can flooding a bottomed out REE market with supply be good for all the wanna-bees in Brazil? Obviously only the higher grader low cost projects will make it.
