Agreed. I didn't post all the article, it says there are doubts about America being able to provide the finance side of the arrangement.
it's a different world we're heading into - China is cashing in the American govt debt they hold at an increasing pace and the rule of the US dollar is in danger. Tariff walls are going up all over, countries are arming themselves. It could get hairy.
