Yes; if you look all the way back to the way the Solid Energy purchase was achieved and how Talley's were given a sweetheart "in" (and it may well have been their presence that helped facilitate that deal at that time that let's face it made us as a company) and the subsequent way they were given pseudo control of the board and hence our cash then I'm perplexed as to why they have not simply taken control. Are our overseas projects a way out. Who knows
