Hello. The announcement says the refiner may produce 900t of Pr-Nd and 30t of Dy-Tb from 3,000t of concentrate. This shows the concentrate will be at least 30% Pr-Nd content and 1% Dy-Tb content. I would guess higher because the refiner may have some refinery losses and MEI would probably produce a concentrate removing the cerium &/or lanthanum or whatever it is.
