There is something wrong with the rules regarding corporate governance in Australia, when a MD can drive one company into the ground, only to pop up and start again, with a fresh batch of unsuspecting investors. There needs to be a register for miscreant officials, so that investors know who they are dealing with before they invest their hard earned. Like they have with the sex offenders register. The more CR's there are, the more the gravy train keeps running.
