Yes there is 2D over Ocean Hill and 250 km2 isn't a particularly large area to shoot 3D. SE 2 & 3 were mapped on 2D data, but that wasn't the problem, it was the areal variability in water salinity that messes with the ability to dostinguish between gas a water at extreme depths in old hard rocks. The Rig owners, Ensign have no input into where or the way that a well is drilled, they are just contractors.
