The whole takeover has been one big con job where NCM shareholders have been screwed over. The board of NCM should be held criminally liable and our regulators should bare some responsibility in handing over Australian gold assets for a pittance, when gold is becoming increasingly important, which is evidenced by the massive gold buying by central banks the world over.
