    Was Bruce basically swindled by Cannacord here? Did he just commit the corporate equivalent of ticking the "I agree that I have read the terms and conditions of the underwriting proposal" and not notice the exit clause that those bastards snuck in there? We know he's clearly not a man with an eye for detail when it comes to reading and publishing documents, but holy heck...
