The next AGM will be strike 2 and all shareholders will be asked to vote on all board members re-election.
Of which its likely the entire board will be spilled bar 1. JB shouldnt be on 1MC and SYA in same capacity & the rest of the mob we have all need to go because they are non-arms length in their relationship with JB. The recently appointed Lucas Dow will hopefully stay on board but that will be at SH votes I guess.
The board is simply not independent of one another enough and they have too many past relations/dealings and presently are not acting in SYAs best interest IMHO.
